TERMS for PAYMENT We do not accept cash. Your payment options are Credit Card or Check ONLY. To secure your reservation there is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit per vacation home. Payment by Credit Card: If you choose to pay by Credit Card, there is $150.00 deposit due per vacation home rented. The balance due at arrival will be charged to the same credit card on your day of arrival and the receipt mailed to you.
Payment by Check: If you choose to pay by Check, the balance in full is due within 5 days of booking the reservation. If no payment is made within the 5 days, your reservation will be voided. If you cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your payment minus $150.00 per cabin for the deposit. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please call for seasonal daily prices. Minimum of a 2 night stay.
